Respondents should structure and price their offer such that 西班牙&E may choose to contract for deliveries on one or both circuits.

The RFO Website contains all the solicitation materials for download and review (http://today.practicaldrilling.com/2018IDERIncentivePilotRFO). Respondents are responsible for monitoring the RFO Website for subsequent updates, 通告及张贴.
